14-DAY STANDARD RETURNS
To ensure the clinical safety and integrity of our formulations, we only accept standard returns of bottles and jars that remain completely sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a standard return, contact our Client Concierge at support@gustavine.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
90-DAY CLINICAL RESULTS GUARANTEE
We stand entirely behind the efficacy of the Gustavine Protocol. If you do not experience visible hair growth or improvement in scalp health after 90 days of consistent, daily use of our serums or supplements, you may be eligible for a refund under our guarantee.
To qualify and initiate this claim, you must document your journey with clear photographic evidence to demonstrate the lack of results. You are required to take clear photos of your scalp/hair on:
• Day 1 (Before starting the protocol)
• Day 60
• Day 90
These date-stamped photos must be sent to our Quality Control Team at support@gustavine.com. Once your clinical documentation is submitted, our team will conduct a thorough analysis, which may take up to 15 business days. Following this review period, we will provide a final verdict on whether the protocol qualifies for a refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired protocol is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@gustavine.com.
